Advisory Panel Application

The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council is currently accepting applications for eight advisory panels. See the announcement for complete details.

Applications can be submitted online using the form below, or you can download an application (Microsoft Word file) and submit via email to msabo@mafmc.org (include "ADVISORY PANEL" in the subject of your email) or mail to Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council, 800 N. State Street, Suite 201, Dover, DE 19901 (write "ADVISORY PANEL" on the outside of your envelope). Applications can also be obtained by calling the Council office at (877) 446-2362.

Advisory Panel Application

The following application is designed to provide the Council with information on you and your background and interest in Mid-Atlantic fisheries. Your application will be provided to Council members and staff and will be kept in confidence. Please complete all sections; incomplete applications will not be accepted. 

Please note: It is not possible to save a partially complete application once you have begun to fill it out on this page. If you think you may not have time to complete the application in one sitting, you may want to download a copy of the paper application, type your responses in Microsoft Word, and then copy+paste your answers in to the form below when you are ready to submit.
