G. Warren Elliott is an avid recreational fisherman.  He currently serves as the Pennsylvania Citizen Representative to the Chesapeake Bay Commission and as a Commissioner for the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission.

For 12 years he served as Chairman of the Franklin County Board of Commissioners where he focused on planning and land preservation as two priorities.  As a Commissioner he took an active role in conservation efforts.  He helped draft the county’s latest Comprehensive Plan, conducted the county’s first natural areas inventory and assisted with the development of the county’s first open space and recreation plan. In addition, he helped establish the Franklin County Eco Park, secure funding for the restoration of Indian Lake and produce a fishing video for the Franklin County Visitor’s Bureau

He is a distinguished alumnus of Shippensburg University where he holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in Public Administration that were obtained with honors.  Warren is also one of the 100 Centennial Alumni from Penn State Mont Alto. He is an original incorporator of the Franklin Conservancy.   He is currently President of Cardinal Crossings, a consulting and real estate firm.

Warren lives in Chambersburg, PA with his wife of over 30 years Donna.  They have two sons Logan and Brennan.
