The Council’s Mackerel, Squid, and Butterfish Committee will meet via webinar on Friday, February 7, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The primary purpose of the meeting is to review the public hearing document for an Amendment considering changes to the MSB fishery management plan’s goals/objectives and changes to the Illex fishery permitting system (and associated management measures). The Committee may make recommendations regarding preferred alternatives.
