Council Meeting Materials

Council Meeting Materials ("The Briefing Book") contain background for each agenda item and other materials to facilitate Council meetings.  To be included in the next (December) briefing book, written comments must be received by the Council by 11:59pm Wednesday Nov 30, 2011.  Comments received after then but before 11:59pm Wednesday Dec 7, 2011 will be distributed in hard copy form to the Council members at the meeting.  Written comments and materials on matters before the Council are accepted by the Council at any time.
