Virginia - Appointed Obligatory Member (1st term, Exp. 2024)
Skip Feller is a third generation fisherman. He has been working on the water his whole life. He has pretty much covered most facets of it from commercial fishing, to sport fishing, to party boat fishing. Skip got involved in fisheries management in 2009 and has sat on many advisory panels. He is also on Virginia’s finfish committee. He now operates a fleet of head boats out of Rudee Inlet in Virginia Beach Virginia and is one of the managers of the Virginia Beach Fishing Center.
